Fluffy Dog Hoodie

I'm making my hoodie publicly available since there's not much clothing available for this base

A blendshape to hide the fluff is required so the fluff doesn't clip through the hoodie. (I've uploaded a version in Irix's discord server with a link to it the guide)

Might make v2 some day with more features
